Ex-VAN HALEN Bassist Will Be Playing All Shows With SAMMY HAGAR

Former VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony has issued the following update:

"Some of you guys have been asking if I will be at certain shows on this tour with Sammy [Hagar]. I definitely will be out here for all the shows. Also, we have only booked shows for the first leg of the tour, so don't worry, chances are we will bringing the party out your way!! We've only done two shows so far, and we are having a BLAST!! I'll be giving all of you updates from the party out here, so be sure to check the blog from time to time. Hope to see ya soon."

Hagar's headlining show will consist of three hours of the Cabo Wabo Village vibe that was so successful on last year's Livin'It Up! tour. MAD ANTHONY EXPRESS will perform both early VAN HALEN songs and various early rock classics; the support act, LOS TRES GUSANOS will play early Sammy Hagar songs; and, finally, Hagar and Anthony will perform as THE OTHER HALF — as in "the other half of VAN HALEN" — to perform Hagar-era VAN HALEN tunes.
